【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesquantitativetestmethodstodeterminetheantibacterialactivityofantibacterialfinishedtextileproductsincludingnonwovens.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoalltextileproducts,includingcloth,wadding,threadandmaterialforclothing,homefurnishingsandmiscellaneousgoodsregardlessofthetypeofantibacterialagentused(organic,inorganic,naturalorman-made)orthemethodofapplication(built-in,after-treatmentorgrafting).Basedontheintendedapplicationandontheenvironmentinwhichthetextileproductistobeused,theusercanselectthemostsuitableofthefollowingthreemethodsondeterminationofantibacterialactivity:a)absorptionmethod(anevaluationmethodinwhichtestbacterialsuspensionisinoculateddirectlyontosamples);b)transfermethod(anevaluationmethodinwhichtestbacteriaareplacedonanagarplateandtransferredontosamples);c)printingmethod(anevaluationmethodinwhichtestbacteriaareplacedonafilterandprintedontosamples).ThecolonyplatecountmethodandtheATP(ATP=AdenosineTri-phosphate)luminescencemethodarealsospecifiedformeasuringtheenumerationofbacteria.
