适用范围
GB/T27698的本部分规定了管壳式热交换器用换热管液-液无相变、汽-液有相变冷凝、流动沸腾蒸发有相变和池沸腾蒸发有相变测试工况的传热和流体阻力性能测试方法。
本部分适用的测试流体为单组分或只作单组分考虑的液-液、汽-液。
本部分只考虑换热管材料的导热热阻,未考虑换热管内外侧污垢热阻。

【摘要】:ThispartofISO8986specifiesthemethodsofpreparationoftestspecimensandthetestmethodstobeusedindeterminingthepropertiesofpolybutene-1(PB-1)mouldingandextrusionmaterials.Forthesakeofsimplicity,thedesignationpolybuteneandtheabbreviationPBareusedinbothpartsofISO8986.Requirementsforhandlingtestmaterialandforconditioningboththetestmaterialbeforemouldingandthespecimensbeforetestingarealsospecified.Proceduresandconditionsforthepreparationoftestspecimensandproceduresformeasuringpropertiesofthematerialsfromwhichthesespecimensaremadearegiven.PropertiesandtestmethodswhicharesuitableandnecessarytocharacterizePBmouldingandextrusionmaterialsarelisted.ThepropertieshavebeenselectedfromthegeneraltestmethodsinISO10350-1.OthertestmethodsinwideusefororofparticularsignificancetothesemouldingandextrusionmaterialsarealsoincludedinthispartofISO8986,asisthedesignatorypropertyspecifiedinPart1.Inordertoobtainreproducibleandcomparabletestresults,itisnecessarytousethemethodsofspecimenpreparationandconditioning,thespecimendimensionsandthetestproceduresspecifiedherein.Valuesdeterminedwillnotnecessarilybeidenticaltothoseobtainedusingspecimensofdifferentdimensionsorpreparedusingdifferentprocedures.
