【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesrequirements,dimensionsandtolerancesforpipesandfittingsoflongitudinallywelded,hot-dipgalvanizedsteelpipewithspigotandsocketusedforvacuumdrainagesystemsinsideandoutsidebuildingsandforgravityandvacuumdrainagesystemsonshipsandfloatingmaritimestructures:—abovefreeboarddeckaslongastheheelingistakenintoaccountintheeventofdamagewheninstalledabovefreeboarddeckonpassengerships;—insideawatertightcompartmentbelowfreeboarddeck;—withdirectconnectiontotheoutboard(notpermittedbelowfreeboarddeck);—insidetanksaslongasthesearenotfilledwithforeignmediaandarenotcargotanks.Onwell-anchoredmaritimestructures,thisstandardappliestopipesandfittingsoflongitudinallyweldedhot-dipgalvanizedsteelpipewithspigotandsocketusedindrainagesystemsinthelivingarea.NOTEPipesandfittingsaccordingtothisdocumentmayalsobeusedincentralvacuumcleaninginstallations,invacuumsuctionliftinginstallations,inchiptransportinginstallationsandinotherwastewaterandprocesspipesaslongasthemediatobedischargeddonotdamagethecomponentsorthehealthandsafetyofthepersonnel.Forotherpipes,thisdocumentonlyappliesifagreedwiththerelevantoperatorsandfollowingpriorconsultationwiththemanufacturer.Thisdocumentcontainsadesignationsystemforthedifferenttypesofpipesandfittingsforeasyidentificationofeachcomponent.ThisdocumentisonlyapplicableinconjunctionwithEN1123-1.ItdoesnotapplytothemarkingofproductsforwhichEN1123-1/A1isapplicable.note:1)Inshipbuilding,theterms"Gravityandvacuumsystem"areusedforthis.
