【摘要】:Therequirementsofthistechnicalreportapplytoresidualcurrentoperatedprotectivedevices(hereinafterreferredtoas“residualcurrentdevices”(RCD))forratedvoltagesnotexceeding440Va.c.,intendedprimarilyforprotectionagainstshockhazard.Theyareintendedtobeusedbytechnicalcommitteeswhendraftingproductstandardsandapplyonlyiftheyareincorporatedorarereferredtointherelevantstandards.Thisreportisnotintendedtobeusedasastand-alonestandard,forexample,forcertification.NOTE1Thistechnicalreportmayalsobeusedasaguideforresidualcurrentdevicesofratedvoltagesupto1000V,a.c.Itappliesto–asingledevicewhichdetectsaresidualcurrent(see3.3.2),comparesittoareferencevalue(see3.3.3)andopenstheprotectedcircuitwhentheresidualcurrentexceedsthisreferencevalue(see3.3.4);–anassociationofdevices,eachoneofthemperformingseparatelyoneortwooftheabove-mentionedfunctions,butactingtogetherinordertoaccomplishallthreefunctions.Particularrequirementsmaybenecessaryfordevicesintendedforaccomplishingonlyoneortwooftheabovethreefunctions.ThisreportappliesforconditionsasstatedinClause7.Forotherconditions,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary.ResidualcurrentdevicesareintendedtoprotectpersonsandlivestockagainstharmfuleffectsofelectricshockduetocontactwithexposedconductivepartsbyautomaticdisconnectionofsupplyinaccordancewithIEC61140andIEC60364-4-41.NOTE2Inthiscontext“harmfuleffects”includetheriskofoccurrenceofheartfibrillation.InaccordancewithIEC60364-5-53,residualcurrentdeviceswitharatedresidualoperatingcurrentnotexceeding300mAmayalsobeusedtoprovideprotectionagainstfirehazardsduetoapersistentearthfaultcurrent.InaccordancewithIEC60364-4-41,residualcurrentdeviceswitharatedresidualoperatingcurrentnotexceeding30mAmayalsobeusedforadditionalprotectionincaseoffailureofthebasicprotectiveprovisionsorcarelessnessoftheuseroftheinstallationorequipment.Forresidualcurrentdevicesperformingadditionalfunctions,thistechnicalreportappliestogetherwiththerelevantstandardcoveringtheadditionalfunctions;forexample,whenresidualcurrentdevicesincorporateacircuit-breakeritshouldcomplywiththerelevantcircuit-breakerstandard.Supplementaryorparticularrequirementsmaybenecessary,forexample,for–residualcurrentdevicesintendedforusebyuninstructedpersons;–socket-outlets,plugs,adaptersandcouplersincorporatingresidualcurrentdevices.Thistechnicalreportstates–thedefinitionsoftermsusedforresidualcurrentdevices(Clause3);–theclassificationofresidualcurrentdevices(Clause4);–thecharacteristicsofresidualcurrentdevices(Clause5);–thepreferredvaluesoftheoperatingandinfluencingquantities(5.4);–themarkingandinformationtobeprovidedforresidualcurrentdevices(Clause6);–thestandardconditionsforinstallationandoperationinservice(Clause7);–therequirementsforconstructionandoperation(Clause8);–thelistofminimumrequirementstobetested(Clause9).NOTE3Deviceshavingaresidualcurrentfunctionforspecificpurposesotherthanthosementionedabove(forexample,motorprotection)arenotcoveredbythistechnicalreport.
