【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesminimumstructuralrequirementsforrailwayvehiclebodies.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheloadsvehiclebodiesshouldbecapableofsustaining,identifieshowmaterialdatashouldbeusedandpresentstheprinciplestobeusedfordesignvalidationbyanalysisandtesting.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestolocomotivesandpassengerrollingstock.EN12663-2providestheverificationprocedureforfreightwagonsandalsoreferstothemethodsinthisstandardasanalternativeforfreightwagons.Therailwayvehiclesaredividedintocategorieswhicharedefinedonlywithrespecttothestructuralrequirementsofthevehiclebodies.Somevehiclesmaynotfitintoanyofthedefinedcategories;thestructuralrequirementsforsuchrailwayvehiclesshouldbepartofthespecificationandbebasedontheprinciplespresentedinthisEuropeanStandard.ThestandardappliestoallrailwayvehicleswithintheEUandEFTAterritories.Thespecifiedrequirementsassumeoperatingconditionsandcircumstancessuchasareprevalentinthesecountries.InadditiontotherequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardthestructureofallvehiclesassociatedwithpassengerconveyancemaygenerallyberequiredtohavefeaturesthatwillprotectoccupantsinthecaseofcollisionaccidents.TheserequirementsaregiveninEN15227.
