【摘要】:ThepurposeofthisInternationalStandardistodefineandpromotetheuseofastandardcodefortheuniqueidentificationofrecordings.TheInternationalStandardRecordingCode(ISRC)maybeappliedtoaudiorecordingsandmusicvideorecordingsregardlessofwhethertheyareinanalogueordigitalformats.TheISRCshallnotbeusedforthenumberingofaudiooraudiovisualcarriers(e.g.compactdiscsorvideocassettes).Audiovisualrecordings,otherthanmusicvideorecordingsproducedinconjunctionwithanaudiorecording,areexcludedfromthescopeofthisInternationalStandard.SuchaudiovisualrecordingsshouldbeassignedanInternationalStandardAudiovisualNumber(ISAN)inaccordancewithISO15706.
